Prof. Liu Hongzheng, from Jining, Shandong, was born in May 1963. As an outstanding representative of scientific and technological workers in the field of energy and power industry nationwide, Liu Hongzheng has won the titles of Jinan Young Technical Expert, Shandong Advanced Individual in Work Safety, China's Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker, State Grid Corporation UHV Power Grid Construction Meritorious Individual, Qilu's Most Beautiful Scientific and Technological Worker, Shandong Taishan Scholar, and State Council Special Allowance Expert.
Congratulations on being elected as a member of the European Academy of Natural Sciences Liu Hongzheng has been dedicated to the energy and power industry for over four decades, long working on the front lines of power production and research. He has achieved significant accomplishments in areas such as ultra-high voltage, smart grids, live-line operations, and new energy technologies. We have participated in and undertaken two national key scientific research tasks. Our team has won one second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, six first prizes and fifteen second prizes of provincial and ministerial-level science and technology progress awards, and holds 17 invention patents. We have also published six academic books, including "High Voltage Combined Apparatus" and "Transmission Line Inspection and Maintenance Robot". With a calm mind and a single-minded focus, one strives tirelessly and dares to scale new heights in the field of power. After graduating from university in 1983, Liu Hongzheng was assigned to work in the live-line operation team of Jinan Power Supply Bureau. He has been diligently studying professional knowledge, humbly seeking advice from experienced masters, and adhering to the principle of learning by doing and doing while learning. After more than ten years of training, he has comprehensively mastered the theoretical knowledge and basic skills of live working, and has become a representative figure of the second generation of live working in China. In 2003, he was elected as the deputy director of the National Live Working Technical Standards Committee. Led the team to develop the first live-line operation robot in China, which won the second prize of Technological invention of Shandong Province in 2008. In 2011, I led the team to complete the "world's first live operation on a ¡À 660-kilovolt transmission line", which was highly praised by domestic and foreign peers. He has successively participated in the drafting or revision of seven industry standards, including the "Guidelines for Live Working on 1000kV AC Ultra-High Voltage Lines", and has become a benchmark for work in China's power industry. Unafraid of setbacks and daring to make mistakes, many scientific research achievements have become important technical supports for ultra-high (ultra) voltage power grids. In recent years, Liu Hongzheng has successively presided over and completed a number of national and provincial-level key research projects in the field of energy and power technology. In 2014, I presided over and undertook the National 863 project "Research and Application of Big Data Analysis Technology in the Condition Assessment of Power Transmission and Transformation Equipment". The research results broke through the technical bottlenecks of comprehensive perception, precise assessment and active prediction of the condition of power transmission and transformation equipment both theoretically and practically. The information integration and fusion of 12 business systems, including the equipment condition monitoring system, production management system, energy management system, meteorological system, and lightning positioning system, have been achieved, laying a solid technical foundation for the realization of the development goals of China's smart grid. He has successively presided over and completed the construction, commissioning and power transmission of the ¡À 660-kilovolt Yinchuan East - Qingdao DC project, the 1,000-kilovolt Yuheng - Weifang UHV AC project, the ¡À 800-kilovolt Shanghaimiao - Linyi UHV DC project and other "external power to Shandong" projects, making positive contributions to achieving the leading position of Shandong's UHV power grid in China.
Certificate of Foreign Member of European Academy of Natural Sciences It is reported that the European Academy of Natural Sciences was founded by scientists from many European countries. It currently has 1,700 academicians, many of whom have won Nobel Prizes, Fields Medals and other honors. More than 30 academicians are winners of well-known European science and technology awards. It is one of the most cross-regional and academically recognized academy organizations in Europe. It currently has branches and offices in 33 countries around the world, including Germany, Russia, and Japan. |
